The Beginning...
In 2014, three friends had an idea: to create a bio urn that could hold a loved one’s ashes, grow a tree, and actually work.
We traveled across the country, meeting with soil scientists in Oregon, arborists in Nebraska and Colorado, and manufacturing engineers in New York and Europe. Through research, collaboration, and persistence, The Living Urn® became a reality.
Present Day
Fast-forward 12 years, and that original idea has grown into a thriving company offering hundreds of memorial products - including what we believe is the industry’s leading keepsake collection.
Today, we hold multiple patents, serve thousands of funeral home partners, have distribution in 15 countries, and operate our own Colorado-based manufacturing facility, tree nursery, woodshop, and ceramic and glass studios.

The past 12 years have been incredibly busy, rewarding, and inspiring ~ and we’re more excited than ever about what comes next!
