    Appreciated and popular for its rapid growth, the drought-tolerant Leyland Cypress tree is a popular choice throughout the warmer climates in the U.S. This evergreen darling provides great color all 12 months of the year with its fine, soft-green, pointed needles. It also grows well in a wide variety of soil and climate conditions. This majestic gem contributes a sense of peacefulness and serenity to its environment. It is great for windbreaks and erosion control. 

    The Leyland Cypress is a natural hybrid that came about in 1888 when a Monterey cypress accidentally crossbred with an Alaska cedar at England’s Leighton Hall. This produced a unique tree that showed fast growth rates and an attractive appearance. This special tree has amazing salt tolerance, growing and thriving where most other trees cannot be planted.

    The patented Living Urn® BioUrn® and Planting System is complex in its design, but simple and easy to use. Place your loved one's cremated remains in the BioUrn® and add our proprietary RootProtect® additive on top. Next, lower the roots of the young tree into our special BioUrn®, add premium growth mix, and plant it in the ground. A beautiful, enduring living memorial will then grow up from the urn and the cremated remains to keep your loved one's memory present in your life!

    Family Program & Pre-Need

    The Family Program is designed for families that are splitting up remains or sharing remains among family to use remains for different purposes (scattering, Living Urn, keeping some in a traditional urn, etc.).

    The family program provides you with a discount of 10% off your entire order when ordering more than one urn (simply use discount code FAMILYPROGRAM at checkout) - making it more affordable to pursue the memorial options best suited for your family. 

    Pre Need (making plans in advance) - also, many families are interested in taking care of plans ahead of time. The Living Urn can be purchased for yourself or in advance for a loved one. The urn has no expiration, and although it is all natural and biodegradable, it will not biodegrade unless it is buried. Therefore, it can be stored safely for many years before use (as long as desired).
